I love New York, but Paris will always have a piece of my heart.

I am privileged enough to visit often, & I always prioritize time to do at least one session or elopement, because the light & architecture brings my artist heart to life. In 2025, my brother in law & sister in law happened to be in Paris at the same time, so we got to celebrate their 10 year anniversary with a walk around the 11th arrondissement, & down to the Seine.

While I took a mixture of digital & film photos, I decided to only share the analog film images here as they encapsulate the the magic of Paris in a way digital cannot.

I was so happy when I got these two scans back, because I had just released the shutter on my Minolta CLE, succesfully capturing that photo on the left,

when Jacinda started laughing super hard at something Hien said. I quickly, without thinking, manually advanced my camera so I could take another exposure, & was so grateful both images came out well.
